* While we would like to offer assistance to everyone, realistically that is not within our means and we are not able to fulfill all of the requests that we receive.

  1. Can you provide PBR items/memorabilia for my live/silent auction or fundraiser?
    Yes, please use the link below to e-mail a letter on your organizations letter head that describes the philanthropy your event contributes to, the items that you would like donated, items the PBR has donated to your organization in the past and your tax ID #.

  2. Are there certain groups/charities that have a better probability of having their request fulfilled?
    All charities will receive equal consideration from the PBR for their requests, if made within the correct time frame.

  3. How far in advance do I have to submit my charitable request?
    We ask that you submit your charitable request at least 6 weeks in advance.

  4. How many times a year can I send a charitable request to The PBR?
    Please limit your organization to one charitable request every twelve (12) months

  5. Are the cowboys available for a special appearance at my event?
    Special appearances are based on our cowboy’s discretion and are very limited. The individual cowboy is solely responsible for responding and scheduling their own special appearances. Appearance requests may be e-mailed to the link included at the bottom of this page.

  6. Can my organization sell PBR event tickets as a fundraiser?
    Yes, the PBR is very interested in partnering with your organization to develop a ticket selling program that could monetarily benefit your organization. Please use the link below to e-mail a letter with including your organizations information, tax ID# and an estimate of how many tickets you could sell. All partnership opportunities will be reviewed for approval and ticket availability.

  7. How do I request a ticket donation for an upcoming Built Ford Tough Series Event?
    Organizations that are interested in attending an upcoming event on the PBR’s dime please use the link below to e-mail a letter on your organizations letterhead that details your organizations services, tax ID # and the number of tickets you desire. All requests are subject to ticket availability.

  8. How can I get a special message on The PBR Video Boards?
    The PBR will gladly display approved special messages on the video boards pre or post event for a fee of $125.00, which will be donated to the RRF. Please use the link below to e-mail your message requests. All requests must be made a month prior to the event and will be determined on a first come first served basis. Once your message is approved the PBR will contact you for billing information.
