    When will I receive my tickets?
    A

    If you are not picking up your tickets at Event Will Call and selected for them to be mailed to you, you were charged a $6.00 Priority Mail fee. When mailing tickets, they will arrive at your PBR Fan Club record address (or other ship to address provided by you at the time of the order) by the week of the event.

    How can I join the PBR Fan Club?

    You can either join online, here, or by calling our customer service at 1-(800)732-1727.

    What should I do if I don't receive my tickets in the mail?
    A

    If you have not received your tickets by the Thursday prior to the event, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-(800)732-1727 and your order will be placed on the Box Office reprint list for you to pick up at the Arena Box Office Will Call, prior to the event. A photo ID will be required when picking up tickets.

    Being a PBR Fan Club member, what benefits do I receive on tickets?
    A

    As a PBR Fan Club member, you will have access to purchase the seats closest to the Chutes, when placing ticket orders through the PBR Customer Service. There is a "Seat Renewal Program," which gives members an opportunity to renew their same seats from the previous year. Toughest Members also recieve 20% off Chute Seats, and have the opportunity to win Surprise Seat Upgrades and Chute Seat/...
