AMERICANA, Brazil - Renato Nunes took Round 3 at the PBR Brahma Super Bull Finals on Saturday night with a 92-point effort on Shallon, moving the 2010 World Champion into fourth place in the event.

With the round win, Nunes moved on to face Agressivo, a bonus bull, who posted a bull score of 45.63 points in bucking off Nunes. Read more on Agressivo, one of the top bulls in Brazil, here.

Marcos Menezes leads the event, followed by Marco Eguchi and reigning World Champion Silvano Alves. Menezes, Eguchi and Alves are the only three riders to have covered three bulls through the first three rounds.

Edevaldo Ferreira, meanwhile, extended his lead in the PBR Brazil season standings with an 89.63-point effort on Espinho in Round 3. Although it is mathematically possible for Magno Alves and Eduardo Aparecido to catch Ferreira, the current leader has more than a 2,500-point lead on both riders with 2,600 points remaining. The Brahma Super Bull Finals event ends Sunday.

Ferreira, who split fourth and fifth in the average with Guilherme Marchi at the Built Ford Tough World Finals in Las Vegas last month, will start the 2013 season on the Built Ford Tough Series in New York.
