Championship Sunday of the PBR U.S. Border Patrol Invitational, presented by Ariat, airs on CBS Sports Network at 8 p.m. ET.
Marco Eguchi on 403 Crazy Doc:
Eguchi picked up the lowest score in Round 1 with 80.25 points, but he has a chance to go 2-for-2 with this draw. Crazy Doc is a better fit for a left-handed rider, but he’s been ridden by a number of right-handed guys, and he’s one of the more rideable bulls in the round. He has great timing, and is reasonably predictable. Although he will jump out of the spin and go back the other way at times. Look for him to go to the left first.
Cooper Davis on E2-3 Midnight Rider:
This is one of a number of bulls we will see in this round who primarily spend their time at pro rodeos. Midnight Rider has been around about a year, and he’s 8-1 in his career. He gets a lot of big bull scores, but he hasn’t faced a lot of high-level riders. He did throw Clayton Sellars off at a New Mexico rodeo this summer. Davis will be a big test for this bull, and Davis has a lot to gain here. He was 87.75 points on his first bull, and he could jump to the lead with a big ride here.

Junior Patrik Souza on 580 Silver Lining:
This matchup has the highest qualified ride probability in the round, mostly because this bull is pretty nice to ride. Silver Lining hasn’t been to many PBR events, but he’s given up big scores to Daylon Swearingen and Stetson Wright in the past year, and Paulo Lima was 88.25 points on him en route to winning the Fort Worth UTB event in August. Souza already has one big score on the board, and odds are he will get another here.
Dalton Kasel on 29 Off Campus:
Kasel won the first round, but he didn’t draw the easiest bull for his second one. Off Campus doesn’t have a lot of experience, but he’s 6-0 so far, and Kasel is one of his victims. They met in Nashville in August and Kasel came down in under 3 seconds, and Off Campus was the high marked bull of the event.
Ramon de Lima on M5 Soy El Fuego:
This is a seasoned veteran bull who has been around the PBR and the rodeo world. He’s been to the PBR World Finals twice and the NFR twice. He is rideable, but he’s intense and tricky. He has a solid record against even the best riders. He usually goes to the left, and that helps Lima, but this bull has all kinds of moves that can get a rider off his back.
Silvano Alves on 66C Harold’s Genuine Risk:
Alves rode this bull about a year ago, which is odd. Harold’s Genuine Risk is one of the best draws around for a left-handed rider, but he’s 11-2 against righties. Alves and Eduardo Aparecido are the only two guys who successfully ridden him. Alves will have two scores and a ticket to the championship round if he can do it again.

Mason Taylor on 604 RLC-604:
Taylor had a nice ride in Round 1 for 87 points, and he may have a good draw here. 604 only has two outs on record, but he’s been ridden for 87 or more points in both trips. He has great timing, and looks like the kind of bull any rider would want to draw. Taylor hasn’t had the best season this year, but he has drawn well here.
Kaique Pacheco on 149 Big Red:
This is an interesting matchup. Big Red is primarily a rodeo bull, and he’s one of the more difficult bulls in pro rodeo. He’s faced some of the best riders and they haven’t done well against him. He’s 22-3 overall, and tends to only get ridden when he has an off-day. Pacheco bucked off in Round 1, and he will be tested against Big Red.
Daylon Swearingen on 53E Bayou Bengal:
Swearingen has been on a roll lately, and was 86.25 points in Round 1. He is likely to have a tougher time with this bull. Bayou Bengal is 9-1 his career, mostly at rodeos, and he likes to go to the right. Swearingen would prefer him to go the other way.
