With last week’s 2025 PBR Teams New Rider Draft officially welcoming 25 cowboys to the fourth season of approaching PBR Camping World Team Series action, we’ve suddenly got a new cast of characters set to grace the camaraderie-driven campaign. And with a PBR Teams record-breaking four Australians welcomed into the fold, can the new kids on the block team up with noted Texas Rattlers’ ace Brady Fielder in completing the Down Under take over? Knowing Fielder captured the league’s first-ever Great 8 Award in 2024 by riding an OUTSTANDING 70.59% of his bulls, we sure know international talent has plenty of room to shine throughout the summer series.
On PBR Camping World Team Series …
A pair of talented Aussies in Thomas Triplett and Jack Brodrick landed from their 15-hour cross-continental flight and immediately googled “bucking bulls near me,” as the young Australians are hungry to ride in the U.S. this summer.
Which will very likely be the case after they were each drafted during the 2025 PBR Teams New Rider Draft in Austin Texas. Jhon Carlos Moreira may have been selected first overall by the Arizona Ridge Riders, but we have a feeling each of the 10 squads are happy about their new additions.
Getting to know a little bit more about some of the riders who shined bright at this past spring’s PBR Teams Brazil Combine means welcoming some fresh blood to the table.
At the same time, the league welcomed or welcomed back several familiar faces in guys like Alisson de Souza, Daniel Feitosa and beyond!
With plenty of draft coverage in the books and plenty more Draft and PBR Teams-related action to come throughout the month, fans are encouraged to stay tuned to this year’s Draft Central page, where we’ve laid out all of the spiciness from both the 2024 and 2025 talent-ushering windows.
Meanwhile, on PBR Canada …
Jake Gardner started his productive weekend via a BIG Touring Pro Division win in Dauphin, Manitoba, Thursday evening …
… before going on to capture the weekend’s Cup Series event title in nearby Brandon, Manitoba by the time Saturday rolled around!
PBR Canada veteran Cody Coverchuk was initially positioned for the victory after being the top-scored man following Round 1, eventually settling for a runner-up effort by one point in the event aggregate.
