Key Storylines...
The Austin Gamblers ride into Anaheim atop the standings at 13-4 after sweeping Thunder Days in Springfield for their fifth straight win. With José Vitor Leme logging his third 90-point ride of the season and the team closing in on a 50% riding percentage, Austin remains the benchmark. They’ll face the Outlaws, Wildcatters and Freedom in Anaheim as they look to extend their lead.
The Florida Freedom may trail Austin by a single game at 12-5, but they continue to lead the league in almost every major category: qualified rides (45), riding percentage (52.9%) and tied for most 90-point rides (3). Powered by MVP front-runner Thiago Salgado and reigning MVP John Crimber, the Freedom look to prove they’re more than just stat leaders — they want the No. 1 spot back.
The Texas Rattlers (10-7) remain firmly in the title hunt, and the comeback of Brady Fielder has been a driving force. After sitting out an entire weekend with a broken leg, Fielder has clawed back with consistency into the top 3 of the MVP race, joined by strong outings from Daniel Keeping and Ezekiel Mitchell. Texas faces Nashville, Missouri and Oklahoma in Anaheim with a chance to climb further.
For the Nashville Stampede (6-11), Anaheim could mark the start of a turnaround. Rookie sensation Gustavo Luiz da Silva nearly went flawless in his Springfield debut and now looks to hold onto that momentum in his new closer role. Reinforcements arrive in Anaheim as Kaiden Loud returns from an ankle injury, giving the Stampede a full lineup for the first time in weeks.
The Arizona Ridge Riders (12-5) remain tied with Florida in the standings and are proving to be one of the most balanced teams in the league. Everton Natan da Silva extended his streak of qualified rides in Springfield, and veteran Eduardo Aparecido continues to bring steady leadership. Arizona will test themselves against Kansas City, Nashville and New York in Anaheim.
Elsewhere, the Kansas City Outlaws (8-9) and Oklahoma Wildcatters (7-10) are desperate to stay in the mix, while the Missouri Thunder (7-10) look to build on strong rides from their homestand in Springfield. The Carolina Cowboys (6-11) remain in the middle of the pack, with Clay Guiton and Daylon Swearingen needing big outs to spark momentum. The New York Mavericks (3-14), meanwhile, face Missouri, Carolina and Arizona as they search for a foothold in their mid-season campaign.
