GRAND FORKS, N.D. – When the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) returns to Grand Forks, North Dakota fans can once again expect the electrifying energy and edge-of-your-seat action that has made America’s original extreme sport a fan favorite.
Top bull riders in the sport will set their sights on Grand Forks, battling it out for the crucial Velocity Global points on the line at the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour (PWVT) PBR Grand Forks, Feb. 13-14, 2026, inside of the Alerus Center.
Velocity Global points contribute to the Velocity Global Standings and determine which PBR riders are added to the Unleash The Beast tour throughout the season in addition to qualifications for the PBR World Finals in May 2026 in Fort Worth, Texas.
In 2025 when the PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour visited Grand Forks for the penultimate event of the regular season, 19-year-old Ethan Winckler (Winnie, Texas) delivered a perfect 3-for-3 weekend to seal the deal as the 2025 PBR Grand Forks Champion. Winckler remained consistent all season, ending up No. 4 in the Velocity standings.
During this high-octane two-day event, the top riders will go head-to-head with some of the rankest, most explosive bulls born to buck. Each matchup is a battle for points, pride, and a coveted spot at the PWVT Finals in May 2026. The action in Grand Forks begins at 8:00 p.m. PT on Friday, February 13, and continues at 7:00 p.m. PT on Saturday, February 14.
