SPOKANE, Wash. –After two action-packed nights in Spokane, Washington, Dalton Rudman (Wellington, Utah) was victorious - securing his first event win of the 2026 PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour (PWVT) season.

The 30-year-old first put himself on the leaderboard within the Top 4 in Round 1 after being paired with Just Be Cool for an impressive 83.20 points.

Keeping the same momentum going as he entered Saturday night’s second round aboard Hostile Arrows, he burst from the chutes in complete control for an 81.50-point score.

Heading into the championship round, Rudman was laser-focused to make the eight aboard Hell Ya Roscoe. Unfortunately, his bovine partner dominated the matchup, throwing him to the dirt after 2 seconds.

For his 2-for-3 weekend, Rudman netted 113 Velocity Global points and moved to No. 24 in the Velocity standings.

Velocity Global points contribute to the Velocity Global Standings and determine which new riders are added to the elite Unleash The Beast throughout the season. The Top 3 Velocity Global riders who have not already qualified are also invited to the PBR World Finals in May.

Jason Landing (Sullivan, Missouri) claimed second place for the weekend after also going 2-for-3.

Paired with Fire & Ice in Round 1, the animal athlete was no match for Landing, scoring 81.90 points he placed fifth in the round.

Early on Saturday he was paired with Slim Shady which resulted in an impressive 81-point ride that moved Landing into the championship round.

Entering the final round for the weekend, the 26-year-old launched from the chutes aboard Speed Dial. The muscular bovine won the match-up bucking Landing off at a mere 1.78 seconds.

For his efforts, he collected 81 Velocity Global points and now sits in the No. 42 spot in the Velocity standings.

Conner Halverson (Gordon, Nebraska) captured third place in Spokane.

After conquering his Round 1 matchup against Chavez, turning in a 78-point ride, Halverson secured eighth place for the opening round on Friday.

With a determined look, the 24-year-old cowboy conquered his Round 2 matchup against Nigel’s Pet turning in an 83.60-point ride and securing the second-round win.

Despite his best efforts as the weekend rolled to a close in the final round, Tiny Tornado won their matchup, throwing Halverson to the dirt after 2.82 seconds.

For his 2-for-3 finish, Halverson earned 68 Velocity Global points and sits at No. 30 in the standings.

Idaho cowboy Alex Koberstein (Bonners Fairy, Idaho) kept the 2-for-3 trend flowing, finishing fourth for the weekend.

In Round 1, he successfully rode Sauced Up for a 62-point score.

In the opening round on Saturday evening, he was paired with CYL 203, where he was again victorious in the matchup scoring 59 points.

Despite his less-than-ideal lower scores, he soared into the championship round.

Setting his sights towards the final round, he geared up for his match with Big Cheif, where to the Washington crowd’s dismay, the athletic animal won the match up, throwing Koberstein to the dirt after only 2.90 seconds.

Koberstein collected 30 Velocity Global points.

Rounding out the Top 5 at Numerica Veterans Arena after also conquering two of his three matchups, was fellow Idaho cowboy, Trace Redd (Malad, Idaho).

In Round 1, he launched from the chutes making quick work of Buzz Lightyear. As Washington fans cheered, he made it to the buzzer, scoring 85.80 points and splitting first place for the opening round with Oregon’s Shane Scott (Molalla, Oregon).

Redd was paired with Old Yeller for Round 2, however the bull threw the 20-year-old to the dirt in 4.84 seconds.

Focused on getting the momentum back, he was paired with TC in the championship round. Clinging to his bovine partner, Redd fell short – hitting the dirt after 3.01 seconds.

For his weekend in Spokane, Redd earned 37.5 Velocity Global points and now sits at No. 10 in the standings.

The talented bull riders of the PWVT will next head to Charleston, West Virginia, for Kubota PBR Charleston at Charleston Coliseum Jan. 16-17. In a double-up weekend, the PWVT will also be in Ontario, California, for the PBR Ontario at the Toyota Arena on Jan. 16-17.
