Key Storylines

Tampa brings the heat — and so does the competition.

Dalton Kasel, fresh off wins in Manchester and Milwaukee, arrives in Florida just two points behind Julio Cesar Marques in the standings. With momentum surging and “Mr. 90-Points” riding at his peak, the battle for No. 1 could come to a head under the palm trees.

Koltin Hevalow, who finished just behind Kasel in Milwaukee with a 264.75 aggregate score to Kasel’s 263.65, brings a chip on his shoulder to Tampa. Sitting just outside the top 10, the Kansas City Outlaw cowboy is riding with something to prove as he looks to break into the elite tier and solidify his place among the world title contenders.

Sage Steele Kimzey continues to charge. After wins in New York and another podium finish in Milwaukee, the seven-time PRCA champion looks to keep stacking points as he climbs back toward world title contention.

Keep an eye on Cassio Dias, Cort McFadden and Brady Fielder, all of whom are rising fast and could throw a wrench into the leaderboard shuffle.

Plus, the Monster Energy Team Challenge continues in Tampa, with two must-watch matchups inside Benchmark International Arena:

  • Missouri Thunder vs. Oklahoma Wildcatters

  • Texas Rattlers vs. Florida Freedom

With playoff implications on the line, every out matters in the race toward the Monster Energy Team championship.
