LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Sage Steele Kimzey captured his tour-leading third win of the 2026 Unleash The Beast season Saturday night in Little Rock, delivering an event-best 91.55-point ride aboard Lights Out in the Championship Round  at Simmons Bank Arena.

Kimzey’s winning ride on Lights Out marked the third time this season he has claimed an event title on the bull and the fifth time in 2026 that the bull has produced a UTB event winner.

“I’d say he’d be hard to top, right now. He’s just perfect. He really is. His build: I like a bull with big shoulders that kind of gets skinny where you put your legs. He hangs in the air, he jumps, he gets off the ground all you want. He’s got great timing. He’s a bull rider’s dream,” Kimzey said on the Paramount+ telecast.

Unable to meet the requisite 8 Friday night, No. 1 Kimzey (Strong City, Oklahoma) got on the board in a big way during the second round. Defending his top rank, Kimzey matched Elmo’s every move en route to earning an 89.35-point score and his premier series-best fourth round win of the season.

Kimzey then ended the weekend with his fifth round win of the 2026 campaign courtesy of his Championship Round conversion aboard Lights Out, exiting Simmons Bank Arena with 137 UTB points. He is now 83 points ahead of No. 2 John Crimber (Decatur, Texas), who finished third in Little Rock.

Crimber, who was also shut out on Friday, made the most of his Round 2 matchup with Tchoupitoulas. Topping the animal athlete for 88.60 points, the 21-year-old earned a spot in the Championship Round via his 16th qualified ride of the season.

Despite originally opting into a Round 3 dance with Lari’s Speck, Crimber accepted his re-ride opportunity against Mike’s Motive before going on to best the bovine for 87.75 points and secure a spot on the podium.

Crimber netted 70 UTB points for the third-place finish, his fifth Top 3 result of 2026.

Leandro Zampollo (Pirassununga, Brazil) improved to 5-for-6 within Championship Rounds this season as the first cowboy to convert in Saturday’s short go.

Skyrocketing to the top of the event leaderboard, Zampollo went the distance aboard Nobody for 89.50 points – his sixth qualified ride in the last seven attempts on the bull.

Zampollo made his way to the Championship Round with an 88.35-point ride on Game Over in Round 2. Surpassing Dalton Kasel (Muleshoe, Texas) to move to No. 3 in the world standings, Zampollo recorded his third runner-up finish in the tour’s last four premier series events, taking home 70 UTB points Saturday night.

Alan de Souza (Tremembé, Brazil) became the first rider to advance to a perfect 2-for-2 Saturday night. Going the distance atop Milestone (88.30 points) after besting Let’s Roll in Round 1 (87.40 points), the Brazilian cowboy assumed the top spot on the event leaderboard. Unable to survive the requisite 8 atop Magic Touch, he exited Simmons Bank Arena in fourth place.

Paulo Eduardo Rossetto (Colorado, Brazil) rounded out the Top 5. Rossetto topped Blonde Bomber for a season-high 89 points Friday night and scored 84.50 points on Ready Team (85.40 points) in the second round. However, he was unable to stay perfect atop Heavens Hitman.

Rossetto earned 44 UTB points and is now ranked No. 6 in the UTB standings.

The world’s best cowboys recorded 6 rides of 88 points or more in Round Two before the bulls asserted their dominance in the short go. Six of the world’s Top 10-ranked bovines were in action during Saturday’s Championship Round, which played a large factor in the bulls limiting the pack to just three qualified rides in Round 3.

PBR’s Unleash The Beast next prepares to invade Tallahassee, Florida’s Doak S. Campbell Stadium for PBR Florida State March 13-14 – the only Major of the 2025 regular season.
