Trevor Reiste, a two-time National Finals Rodeo qualifier from Linden, Iowa, has built his career on Midwest grit, consistency and a relentless work ethic. Known for his distinctive hand-turned-over riding style, the veteran bull rider has earned more than $725,000 throughout his career and established himself as one of rodeo's toughest competitors.

Reiste first qualified for the NFR in 2017, finishing No. 13 in the world standings before returning to Las Vegas seven years later in 2024. That season, he earned $160,670, finished No. 9 in the world standings and placed 10th in the NFR average. His impressive campaign included a 91.5-point ride aboard Blue Magic to win the prestigious Pendleton Round-Up, along with strong performances in Puyallup, Washington; Kalispell, Montana; and Lufkin, Texas.

Reiste carried that momentum into 2025, adding more victories to his résumé while continuing to compete among the sport's best. In 2026, he joined the Carolina Cowboys for the PBR Teams season, bringing his veteran experience and hard-nosed riding style to the five-on-five format. His approach to bull riding is rooted in preparation and experience, relying on gym workouts and barrel drills rather than practice bulls to stay sharp while minimizing injury risk.

Away from the arena, Reiste enjoys traveling with his wife and their dachshund, Cricket. A proud Iowa native, he considers the Fort Madison rodeo one of his favorites and enjoys wrestling, classic Western movies and a good meat-and-potatoes meal. While competing on rodeo's biggest stages and representing the Carolina Cowboys, Reiste continues to bring the same determination and grit that have defined his career.
