OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Following their first loss of the season on Friday night, the Texas Rattlers (3-1) rebounded in dominant fashion by riding four bulls during Day 2 of Wildcatter Days presented by zone Premium Nicotine Pouches at Paycom Center Saturday night to regain the top spot in the 2026 PBR Teams standings.

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Nashville Stampede (5-1) earned their fifth consecutive victory, a team record, Friday night in Amerant Bank Arena during Freedom Days presented by Breedlove Wound Care to stay atop the 2026 PBR Teams standings.

The Stampede defeated the Austin Gamblers (2-4) 263.3-226.65 after a risky decision by Gamblers’ Head Coach Michael Gaffney fell short. Austin took the lead with a 47.65-point ride by Dalton Kasel (Muleshoe, Texas) on Real Deal and declined the re-ride opportunity to keep the points on the board. Nashville’s Daniel Feitosa (Guaraci, Brazil) earned 87.6 points on MF Butterbean to take the lead. 2018 PBR World Champion Kaique Pacheco (Itatiba, São Paulo, Brazil) put the Gamblers back on top with 88.45 points aboard XIT Knock Out, but Nashville’s Riquelmi Silva (Bom Jesus do Araguaia, Brazil) regained the lead with an 87.35-point ride on Feeds Red River. Rogério Venâncio (Paranaita, Brazil) clinched the win with the Stampede’s third qualified ride of the game with 88.35 points on Whiplash, a re-ride opportunity. In Austin’s losing effort, Jose Vitor Leme (Ribas do Rio Pardo, Brazil) went out and recorded his 91st 90-point ride with 90.55 points on Flapjack to close out the game, gaining ground on all-time leader Chris Shivers (94).

Nashville Head Coach and two-time PBR World Champion Justin McBride celebrated the win on his birthday, praising his team on the Paramount+ broadcast, saying, “Birthday or not, I’m just really proud of the boys. It didn’t start off very good with Alan [de Souza] going down, then Gustavo [Luiz da Silva] bucking off on a matchup we really liked. I was so proud of the way they rebounded from that. All the boys stayed in it, came back, and made three really solid rides to close it out and get a win.”

The Florida Freedom (4-2) won their homestand opener 268.4-178.05 over the Missouri Thunder (3-3) with new pickup Boudreaux Campbell starring in the win. Austin Richardson (Dallas, Texas) had an 89.45-point ride against Feel The Magic, the first of three rides for Florida. In his debut with the Freedom, Campbell (Crockett, Texas) recorded 89.8 points against Bad Boy to give Florida the game lead for good. Alex Cerqueira (Iguatemi, Brazil) used a re-ride attempt to score 89.15 points on Mayor of Hogeye for Florida in the victory. Missouri recorded a pair of rides by Paulo Eduardo Rossetto (Colorado, Brazil) with 89.7 points on Scrappy and Julio Cesar Marques (Tatuí, São Paulo, Brazil) for 88.35 points on Dirty South after subbing in on a re-ride opportunity.

Missouri’s Rossetto extended his lead in the 2026 PBR Teams MVP Race to 3.35 points with an aggregate score of 359.15 points from four rides in six outs.

The Oklahoma Wildcatters (3-3) earned their second consecutive win to even their record, taking down the Kansas City Outlaws (2-4) 88.6-84.35. Oklahoma’s solo ride came from Eduardo Matos (Emilianópolis, São Paulo, Brazil) on a re-ride attempt aboard Tijuana Two-Step to not only put the Wildcatters on top but ultimately clinch the win. Kansas City’s Hayden Welsh (Gillette, Wyo.), the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 PBR Teams Draft, rode Rank Hank to put the Outlaws ahead with an 84.35-point ride in his first PBR out.

In a rematch of the 2025 PBR Teams Championship Semifinals, the Arizona Ridge Riders (3-3) earned revenge over the Carolina Cowboys (3-3) 269.55-178.75 in Sunrise. Luciano De Castro (Guzolandia, São Paulo, Brazil) put up the first score for Arizona with 90.2 points on Cramer in the first, with Everton Natan da Silva (Viradouro, São Paulo, Brazil) tacking on 89 more points on Bullistic. The Ridge Riders’ final ride of the night came from Elizmar Jeremias (Anapu, Brazil) for 90.35 points on Enter Sandman in the fourth. Carolina was able to mount a pair of rides by brothers Thiago Salgado (Naviraí, Brazil), 89.35 points on Cowboy Playboy, and Adriano Salgado (Batatais, São Paulo, Brazil), 89.4 points on Show Biz.

The New York Mavericks (1-5) stunned the Texas Rattlers (4-2) to open Freedom Days, riding four bulls to earn their first victory of the season 348.7-91.35. Leandro Zampollo (Pirassununga, São Paulo, Brazil) started things off with 86.8 points on No Socks in the first, followed by an 85.6-point ride by João Henrique Lucas (Bastos, São Paulo, Brazil) aboard Snappy in the second. Mauricio Gulla Moreira (Gaviao Peixoto, São Paulo, Brazil) tacked on 88.7 points against Hang Time. In the final out of the game, 2026 PBR Rookie of the Year Marco Rizzo (Quitman, Ga.) bested Sava for 87.6 points to emphasize the victory. Texas’ Daniel Keeping (Montague, Texas) earned his second 90-point ride of the season with 91.35 points on Game Over, the Rattlers’ lone score.

The second day of Freedom Days presented by Breedlove Wound Care at Amerant Bank Arena resumes Saturday, Aug. 8 at 6:45 p.m. ET. Saturday’s first four games will be carried at 10 p.m. ET on The CW, while the final game will air at noon ET Sunday as the CBS “Game of the Week.” Tickets are still available to purchase at seatgeek.com and PBR.com.
