OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Following their first loss of the season on Friday night, the Texas Rattlers (3-1) rebounded in dominant fashion by riding four bulls during Day 2 of Wildcatter Days presented by zone Premium Nicotine Pouches at Paycom Center Saturday night to regain the top spot in the 2026 PBR Teams standings.
In the final game of the night, Texas blanked the host Oklahoma Wildcatters (1-3), outriding the home squad four rides to none in the 352.7-0 victory. Brady Fielder (Clermont, Queensland, Australia) put the Rattlers on top in the first with an 88.7-point ride against Flossin followed up by an 86.25-point ride by Claudio Montanha Jr. (Ribeirao dos Indios, São Paulo, Brazil) on American Made in the next frame. Braidy Randolph (Stephenville, Texas) bested Murrell for 88.85 points to seal the game in the fourth. In Texas’ final out, Jean Carlos Teodoro (Mirante Do Paranapanema, São Paulo, Brazil) recorded 88.9 points against Interstate Daydream to punctuate the near-perfect performance.
Paulo Eduardo Rossetto (Colorado, Brazil) recorded the first ride of the night for the second consecutive day in Oklahoma City, this time for 89.95 points on Hard Candy as the Missouri Thunder (3-1) shut out the Arizona Ridge Riders (2-2) 179.95-0. The ride lifted Rossetto to the top of the PBR Teams MVP Race with 269.45 points through four games. Later in the fourth frame, Missouri’s Macaulie Leather (Calliope, Queensland, Australia) tacked on 90 more points on Running Red with the highest-scored ride of his career.
The Kansas City Outlaws (2-2) handed the New York Mavericks (0-4) their fourth straight loss to begin the new season in a highly contested 175.75-170.8 performance. Kansas City’s Eric Henrique Domingos (Pérola, Brazil) earned 88.7 points against Bowser in the first out of the game, backed up in the next ride by teammate Sandro Batista’s (Pedra Preta, Brazil) 87.05-point ride on Young Buck. New York made a late run at the Outlaws with Leandro Zampollo (Pirassununga, Brazil) besting Stinger for 83.2 points in the third frame and Bob Mitchell (Steelville, Mo.) riding Bullistic for 87.6 points on a re-ride opportunity in the final out of the game that came up short.
The Nashville Stampede (3-1) continued their hot start to the season by beating the 2025 PBR Teams Regular Season Champions Florida Freedom 179.6-0. Nashville was on the board quickly as Alan de Souza (Tremembé, Brazil) rode Spade for 89.95 points in the team’s opening out, followed by Gustavo Luiz da Silva (Inocência, Brazil) immediately padding the Stampede’s lead with 89.65 points aboard Wicked Solo.
The Austin Gamblers (2-2) outrode the Carolina Cowboys (2-2) by one ride in a 178.75-89 victory as Carolina was unable to convert on three re-ride attempts. After Thiago Salgado (Naviraí, Brazil) put Carolina ahead on the game’s first out with 89 points atop Humdinger, three-time PBR World Champion Jose Vitor Leme (Ribas do Rio Pardo, Brazil), re-signed just before the season by the Gamblers, knocked down a monster 91.15-point ride on Oyster Creek Brawler, his 90th career 90-point ride. On a late re-ride attempt, Dalton Kasel (Muleshoe, Texas) extended the advantage by 89.75 points with an 87.6-point ride on Smooth Violation.
