Could the Texas Rattlers keep their momentum rolling? Could the Carolina Cowboys bounce back after opening the season with a victory before being blanked in their second game in Fort Collins? And could the hometown Oklahoma Wildcatters reward their fans with a statement performance on home dirt?
By the time Friday night’s dust settled inside Paycom Center, several of those questions had already been answered.
A stellar performance brought the Wildcatter faithful to their feet when Kaiden Loud rode Cookie for 91.20 points, the highest-marked score of Friday night’s action. It was exactly the type of electric moment Oklahoma fans had been waiting for and the perfect way to open the Wildcatters’ only homestand of the 2026 PBR Teams season.

No. 3 — Florida Freedom Outlast Kansas City in a Defensive Battle
The opening game of Wildcatter Days was not decided by fireworks. It was decided by capitalizing on opportunities.
Both teams struggled to string together qualified rides, but the Florida Freedom capitalized when it mattered most, defeating the Kansas City Outlaws 179.40-89.15. Florida finished the game 2-for-5, while Kansas City managed one qualified ride.
Florida seized the early momentum when Alex Cerqueira covered Show Me The Money for 88.95 points, while the bull earned a 43-point bull score. Kansas City answered behind Eric Henrique Domingos, whose 89.15-point ride aboard Milestone was backed by a 43.35-point bull score.
But Ethan Winckler answered with the biggest ride of his career, scoring 90.45 points on Lights Out during a re-ride opportunity on the game’s final out to lift the Freedom (2-1) over the Outlaws (1-2).

The Carolina Cowboys arrived in Oklahoma City determined to respond after opening the season with a victory before being blanked in their second game in Fort Collins against the Kansas City Outlaws.
On Friday night, the defending PBR Teams Champions answered the call but also benefited from a bit of luck, needing only one qualified ride to defeat the previously unbeaten Texas Rattlers 89.05-0. The Cowboys finished 1-for-5, while the Rattlers were shut out at 0-for-5 and suffered their first loss of the season.
After being bucked off Purple Rain in 3.89 seconds, Thiago Salgado, better known as Baby T, was awarded a re-ride and made the second opportunity count. Salgado covered Dirty Honey for 89.05 points, while the bull earned a 43.45-point bull score.
It proved to be the only qualified ride either team would need. Texas continued to battle throughout the game but never found a score, while Carolina capitalized on its lone opportunity to hand the Rattlers their first defeat of the young season.

No. 1 — Nashville Sends an Early Message, Spoils Oklahoma’s Homecoming
The hometown Oklahoma Wildcatters gave the Paycom Center crowd plenty to cheer about, but the Nashville Stampede proved that depth wins games in PBR Teams. Nashville converted two of its five outs, while Oklahoma managed one qualified ride, powering the Stampede to a 176.90-91.20 victory. Both teams entered Wildcatter Days with 1-1 records, meaning Nashville improved to 2-1 while the Wildcatters fell to 1-2 despite another memorable moment in front of their home fans.
Rogério Venâncio got the Stampede on the board with an 88.85-point ride aboard CID’s Kid, while the bull earned a 43.20-point bull score. After being awarded a re-ride, Riquelmi Silva made his second opportunity count, covering Smooth Violation for 88.05 points, while the bull earned a 43-point bull score.
Oklahoma answered behind Kaiden Loud, whose spectacular 91.20-point ride aboard Cookie, backed by a 44-point bull score, brought the Paycom Center crowd to its feet. No. 3 — Missouri Thunder Strike Early, Silence the Ridge Riders
One night after the Arizona Ridge Riders opened Wildcatter Days with an impressive victory, the Missouri Thunder answered with two big rides that brought Ross Coleman’s gritty squad a win.
Missouri rode 2-for-5, while Arizona was shut out at 0-for-5, resulting in a 179.95-0 victory. The Thunder improved to 3-1 heading into Championship Sunday.
Paulo Eduardo Rossetto wasted little time putting Missouri on the board, covering Hard Candy for 89.95 points, while the bull earned a 43.70-point bull score.
Later, Macaulie Leather put an exclamation point on the victory with a 90-point ride aboard Running Red, who was marked 43 points. Arizona never found an answer, and Missouri walked away with a convincing victory.

No. 2 — The Broadway Boys Keep Rolling, Stun the Florida Freedom
One of Saturday night’s biggest surprises came when the Broadway Boys continued their impressive start to the season by knocking off the Florida Freedom.
Nashville rode with confidence from the opening out, converting two of five opportunities while Florida was scoreless at 0-for-5. The result was a convincing 179.60-0 victory, improving the Stampede to 3-1 and setting up a massive Championship Sunday with first place in the PBR Teams standings within reach.
Alan de Souza got the Stampede rolling with an 89.95-point ride aboard Spade, while the bull earned a 44.10-point bull score. Nashville continued to apply pressure as Gustavo Luiz da Silva covered Wicked Solo for 89.65 points, backed by a 43.50-point bull score.
Florida never found an answer. Reigning PBR World Champion John Crimber remained out of the lineup after aggravating a groin injury he had initially suffered several weeks before the start of the season.
While his absence was certainly felt, Nashville deserved full credit for capitalizing on its opportunities and delivering one of its most complete performances of the young season.

Facing the hometown Oklahoma Wildcatters, the Rattlers rode four of five bulls to earn a dominant 352.70-0 victory, improving to 3-1 heading into Championship Sunday while Oklahoma was held to 0-for-5.
Texas established control from the opening out and never looked back. Brady Fielder got things started with an 88.70-point ride aboard Flossin, while the bull earned a 42.75-point bull score.
Claudio Montanha Jr. followed with an 86.25-point ride aboard American Made, backed by a 41.75-point bull score. Braidy Randolph added 88.85 points, while his bull earned a 44.15-point bull score, before Jean Carlos Teodoro capped the performance with an 88.90-point ride aboard Interstate Daydream.

Three-time PBR World Champion José Vitor Leme once again reminded everyone why he is one of the greatest riders in the history of the sport.
Leme delivered Saturday’s high-marked ride with a spectacular 91.15-point effort aboard Oyster Creek Brawler, while the bull earned a 44.15-point bull score.
Leme’s 91st career 90-point ride left him four away from surpassing Chris Shivers’ all-time record of 94. Every time Leme nods his head, history is on the line, and Saturday night in Oklahoma City was no exception.
As Sunday approached, the standings were tighter than anyone could have expected this early in the season. Three teams — the Texas Rattlers, Nashville Stampede and Missouri Thunder — entered Championship Sunday with identical 3-1 records, setting the stage for a pivotal final day at Wildcatter Days.

No. 3 — The Broadway Boys Hit All the Right Notes in One of Their Most Dominant Regular-Season Performances
If there were any lingering questions about whether Nashville’s hot start was sustainable, the Stampede answered them emphatically on Championship Sunday.
Entering the day tied atop the standings at 3-1, Nashville turned in one of the most dominant regular-season performances in franchise history, riding four of five bulls to overwhelm the Kansas City Outlaws 358.50-90.20.
The victory completed Nashville’s weekend on a high note and vaulted the Stampede into first place in the 2026 PBR Teams standings on cumulative aggregate score after two events.
De Souza wasted little time setting the tone, covering King Tut for 89.35 points, while the bull earned a 43.25-point bull score. Kansas City’s lone answer came from Sandro Batista, whose 90.20-point ride aboard Walk Hard was backed by a 43.75-point bull score.
From there, Nashville kept applying pressure. Daniel Feitosa added 88.20 points aboard Smack Ya, while the bull earned a 42.90-point bull score, before Silva made the most of a re-ride opportunity after a bull-performance call.
Climbing aboard Lights Out, Silva turned out the lights on Kansas City’s comeback hopes with a 91.85-point ride, while the bull earned a 44.45-point bull score. The ride put an emphatic exclamation point on one of the finest regular-season victories Nashville has produced since the inception of PBR Teams.

No. 2 — Texas Wins the Heavyweight Fight as Brady Fielder Leads the Way
When Championship Sunday began, few matchups carried more weight than Texas against Missouri.
Both franchises entered the day at 3-1 with an opportunity to strengthen their positions near the top of the standings. In a game featuring two of the league’s top contenders, qualified rides were at a premium.
In the end, Fielder made the difference, leading the Texas Rattlers to an 89.25-88.55 victory with a ride aboard Mike’s Motive.
For Missouri, Julio Cesar Marques’ 88.55-point ride aboard Freedom Fighter, backed by a 43.85-point bull score, was not enough to erase the narrow deficit.
The victory pushed the Rattlers to 4-1 and moved them into second place in the standings on cumulative aggregate score after two events, while the Thunder slipped to 3-2.
It was another reminder that in PBR Teams, a single qualified ride can separate two of the league’s best teams.

No. 1 — Wildcatters Defend Home Dirt, Give Oklahoma City a Championship Sunday to Remember
Sometimes a victory means more than one game in the standings. Sometimes it gives an organization, its fans and an entire locker room something to build on.
That is exactly what the Oklahoma Wildcatters accomplished on Championship Sunday.
After dropping their first two games of Wildcatter Days, the hometown team refused to let the Paycom Center crowd leave empty-handed. Oklahoma rode two of five bulls to edge the Arizona Ridge Riders 179.40-178.85.
The 0.55-point margin was the closest game of the weekend and a fitting ending to Wildcatter Days, sending the Oklahoma faithful home with a smile and giving the Wildcatters valuable momentum heading into the next stop of the season.
When the pressure was at its highest, Oklahoma delivered. Loud made the most of a re-ride opportunity, covering Woody for 89.75 points, while the bull earned a 43.30-point bull score.
Moments later, Kase Hitt answered with what proved to be the game-winning ride, covering Millstone for 89.65 points, backed by a 43.25-point bull score. Arizona also converted two of five opportunities but fell just short on aggregate score.
The victory may have counted as only one game in the standings, but it gave Oklahoma something every team values early in the season: confidence and momentum built in front of its home crowd.

Honorable Mentions — Toughness Is Not Measured by the Scoreboard or Championships
Championship Sunday provided a reminder that some of the weekend’s most memorable performances never result in a qualified ride.
One night after taking a violent wreck during Friday night’s competition and needing several moments to get back to his feet, Daniel Keeping of the Texas Rattlers was not in Saturday night’s lineup.
After being medically cleared to return for Championship Sunday, his afternoon did not get any easier. Following a hard landing on top of his head during his first out, Keeping was awarded a re-ride and climbed right back aboard.
In a sport where courage is often measured by getting back up one more time, he showed exactly why he has earned the respect of teammates, competitors and fans alike.
Keeping ultimately came up short aboard Tigger, lasting 6.46 seconds, while the bull earned a 45.50-point bull score.
The scorebook records a buckoff. Those inside Paycom Center witnessed the kind of toughness statistics can never measure.
Speaking of toughness, Crimber was not initially expected to be in Sunday’s lineup after aggravating a groin injury he had suffered several weeks before the start of the season.
But with two other riders injured, Crimber stepped up and returned to the lineup. The young champion answered the call, climbed aboard Rock ’n Roll and covered the bull for 89.50 points, while the bull earned a 43.35-point bull score.
Sometimes the greatest rides are not remembered because of the score. They are remembered because of the determination it took to nod for the gate in the first place.
On Championship Sunday, Keeping and Crimber reminded everyone that toughness is not always measured by the scoreboard or championships, but by the willingness to climb back aboard when the odds are stacked against you.
