PBR Teams: PBR Teams: Anaheim marks the seventh event of the 2026 PBR Teams season as all 10 teams head west for the league’s second neutral-site event of the year. Action begins Friday, Sept. 11, at 7:45 p.m. PT, continues Saturday, Sept. 12, at 6:45 p.m. PT and concludes Sunday, Sept. 13, at 1:15 p.m. PT at Honda Center.

Friday’s opening night will stream live and exclusively on Paramount+ beginning at 10:45 p.m. ET. Saturday’s action will also stream live and exclusively on Paramount+ beginning at 10 p.m. ET, while Sunday’s finale will air live on The CW beginning at 4:30 p.m. ET.

THREE AT THE TOP

The PBR Teams season has officially crossed its halfway point, and there is almost nothing separating the three teams at the top.

Nashville, Missouri and Carolina all enter Anaheim with identical 11-6 records, but the Stampede hold the No. 1 position by the narrowest of margins.

Nashville has accumulated 3,537.8 points this season.

Missouri sits at 3,537.25.

That is a difference of just 0.55 points.

The Thunder have stormed into the race by winning eight of their past nine games, while Carolina has quietly stayed right alongside them after recording its fifth consecutive 2-1 weekend in Ridgedale.

Texas is only one game back at 10-7 after going a perfect 3-0 at Thunder Days, while Arizona sits fifth at 9-8.

With 18 games remaining for each team across six regular-season events before the PBR Teams Championship in Las Vegas, Anaheim begins a second-half sprint.

LEME KEEPS ROLLING

Jose Vitor Leme enters Anaheim with the hottest hand in PBR Teams.

The three-time PBR World Champion leads the MVP race with 1,328.85 points after recording a league-best 15 qualified rides through the first 17 games of the season.

His 88.24% riding percentage also ranks fourth in the league, while his three 90-point rides are tied for the most by any rider.

Leme’s consistency has helped Austin climb back into contention after a slow start. The Gamblers enter Anaheim at 8-9 and three games behind the leaders.

His first opportunity of the weekend comes Friday against New York when he draws Young Buck.

Leme will be joined in Austin’s projected lineup by Andrew Alvidrez, Dalton Kasel, Kaique Pacheco and Sage Steele Kimzey as the Gamblers look to push back toward .500 and continue their second-half climb.

REMATCH RECAP

Several riders will see familiar bovine opponents during Friday’s opening slate.

Missouri’s Paulo Eduardo Rossetto reunites with Fury after the pair combined for 87.3 points in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Texas’ Brady Fielder gets another shot at Texas Slim after the two combined for 89.15 points at Freedom Days.

Kansas City closer Cassio Dias meets Lieutenant Dan for the third time with their series tied 1-1, including an 89.5-point qualified ride during Gambler Days.

And João Ricardo Vieira reunites with BRUNT Haymaker after riding him for 88 points during Rattler Days in September 2024.

On the other side of that game, Austin’s Andrew Alvidrez meets Ghost Face again after riding the bull for 91.25 points during the 2025 Unleash The Beast season.

Arizona’s Eduardo Aparecido also gets another look at Ridin Dirty, who bucked him off during a PBR Challenger Series event in July.

PERFECT IN RIDGEDALE

Texas and Oklahoma arrive in Anaheim with momentum after producing the only two perfect weekends at Thunder Days.

The Rattlers swept New York, Arizona and Nashville to improve to 10-7, moving them within one game of the three teams tied for first place.

Oklahoma entered Ridgedale at 5-9 before rattling off victories over Kansas City, Austin and Carolina to climb to 8-9 and pull itself back into the middle of the standings.

The Wildcatters open Anaheim against Florida on Friday before facing Nashville on Saturday and Arizona on Sunday.

Texas, meanwhile, begins against Kansas City before drawing Carolina on Saturday and Missouri on Sunday.

For both teams, another strong weekend could dramatically reshape the standings.

For the three teams currently sitting at 11-6, the challenge is keeping them from doing exactly that.
