Depending on the event and how the tickets were purchased can determine how you will be receiving the tickets. Most of our tickets that are applied to www.pbrtix.com must be accessed via mobile, instructions below:

1. Sign in by clicking the man in the circle in the top right-hand corner.
2. Once signed in click the 3 lines in the top left-hand corner.
3. Select my events
4. Click on your event
5. To view your bar code click the arrow next to the Section, Row, and Seat. If unable to locate tickets please call customer service at 719-242-2800 and press 1.

Tickets barcodes do not show up until the week of the event you purchased.

We have a strict no refund or exchange policy for our tickets.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Children two and over require a ticket. Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket and must sit on a guardian’s lap.

Kids tickets will be the same price as adult tickets.

Parking passes are available through the arena.

Bag policies are based off the arena policies.
