We love a good comeback story, and Luciano De Castro winning his first Unleash The Beast event in seven years definitely qualifies. Miss a moment of the action this weekend? Here’s what happened around the PBR.
On the Unleash The Beast…
Luciano De Castro went 4-for-4 at the Wrangler Long Live Cowboys PBR Sacramento, presented by Cooper Tires, for his first win since 2018. Not only that, he vaulted to No. 3 in the Unleash The Beast standings – not bad for a weekend of work!
Another huge star in Sacramento was Paulo Eduardo Rossetto, whose heroics propelled the Missouri Thunder to a win over their rival Kansas City Outlaws in the Monster Energy Team Challenge, presented by Camping World…
Dalton Kasel was also back in the winner’s circle in Sacramento, taking home the Round 2 victory.
Meanwhile, on the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour…
Afonso Quintino won Round 1 of the Cooper Tires PBR Greenville…
…and held on for the event win in South Carolina.
In Laredo, Texas, Flavio Zivieri took home the Round 1 win…
…but Callum Miller rallied to take the event title.
In the Touring Pro Division…
Kase Hitt went 2-for-2 to win the PBR Stockyards Showcase at Cowtown Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas.
Up north in PBR Canada…
The PBR Canada Cup Series got underway in Red Deer, Alberta, and Dakota Buttar rode supreme to take the event win at the No. 1 rank in the race for the PBR Canada Championship.
